Go through your goals, how your body feels right now, anything you want her to know. Ana sets up your programme on Everfit and adds you to the group chat.

Your programme is live — you start
Open Everfit, follow the plan, do your first session. Ana is on WhatsApp if anything comes up. Weekly calls happen every week from here.
